This tag features a varying plants and leaves and your pet's name across the middle in the front, at an angle! The name will not be straight when the tag is hanging on the collar.
To Order: Leave your pet’s name and the phone number for the tag in the notes to seller. Please double check that the name is spelled correctly and the phone number is accurate!

Unfortunately I cannot accept returns for dog ID tags because they are custom made. So PLEASE double check that everything is correct! If there is a shop error (phone number or name misspelled) I will replace it free of charge.
