This collar is premade. It goes from 9-11". Neck sizes that can fit this collar will be somewhere in that range, and depends on how loosely you fit the collar on your dog, or how fluffy your dog is. This collar is 3/4" width.

All collars are custom made and will be adjustable. How to measure your pup’s neck size:
Option 1: Measure your dog’s neck using a soft tape measure around the area you like the collar to sit.
Option 2: Use a string if you do not have a soft tape measure, and measure the length of the string.
Option 3: Use a collar that fits them well, unbuckle it and lay it flat, and measure the length from the female end of the buckle to the edge of the fabric (not the other buckle).
The 1" gold buckles are brass plated.

The 1" silver buckles are nickel plated.

The 1.5" and 2" silver buckles are made from aluminum.

In general, our collars are adventure-ready, but adding a metal buckle is an aesthetic choice that may not be as adventure ready as the rest of the collar. Metal can be affected by water exposure and it is possible that the metal appearance may be affected by water or sea water in particular. The brass plating may flake off with exposure to sea water and tarnish or rust. Keep this in mind when adding a metal buckle. Hanging ID tags may swing and damage the buckle.
