š¹ About: Brass is a strong metal that can resist scratching, however, over time it may take on a more antique look - particularly with exposure to water. The phone number is stamped into the back of the tag. These tags are hand stamped which displaces the metal. This can cause some irregularities on the opposite side, although I do my best to minimize this. Every tag is different and unique to your pet.

The time it takes me to process an order varies, but please allow up to 2 weeks for your custom hand-made item to ship. Standard shipping speed is 3-5 days, but you may select Priority for faster shipping at check out.
Unfortunately I cannot accept returns for dog ID tags because they are custom made. So PLEASE double check that everything is correct! If there is a shop error (phone number or name misspelled) I will replace it free of charge.
