I use eco-friendly shipping packages that are made from recycled plastics, reusable, and recyclable. Being eco-friendly is important to us! Allow 2-3 weeks for your custom item to be made and shipped to you. The shipping speed depends on your selection at checkout. For international orders, delays may occur due to customs, and you are responsible for any customs fees.


If you have any issues with your order, please contact me ASAP. I work hard to make sure that every product that leaves my shop is high-quality and makes you and your pet happy. 

If you are unhappy with the item for any reason, I can do an exchange or refund upon receiving the item back. Return shipping is covered by the customer, but I will cover the shipping of sending a new item to you. In the case of returns, the refund will be the total price you paid originally, MINUS the shipping cost. 

If you order the wrong size, I would be happy to do an exchange (for non-customized items). You will be responsible for covering the shipping charges to mail back the original item and ship the new item. If there is a sizing issue but it is my fault, I will send you a new properly fitting item for free and cover return shipping. Unfortunately tags or collars with add ons are not eligible for exchanges or returns unless it is a sizing error by the shop.
