This french martingale features a leash that is 5/8" width. Collar area is 1.5" width that steps down to 1" for the martingale section. The collar area tightens and the larger leash loop allows for the collar to go over the head, but the slider can be adjusted to prevent it from popping off when loose.

Leash length is measured from the end of the handle to the start of the collar area if the rings are pulled together tight.

This item is highly customizable! For sizing:

- Collar Minimum Size: This is the size if the collar was pulled tight, the rings close to each other/touching. This size should be smaller than your dog's neck size. Example: If your dog has a 18" neck, you might want the collar minimum to be 16".

- Collar Maximum Size: This is the size of the collar completely loose, and how it will slip on over your dog's head. Example: If your dog's head size is 18", you might want the collar maximum size to be 20".

- I ask that you provide your dog's head and neck size too so I can make sure we have our ducks in a row, and everything will fit. For head size, please measure over the widest part of the head, including ears. For neck size, measure snug with two fingers of space under the flexible tape measure, behind the ears.

Limited edition colors not available for the leash except by request. Thank you!

I do not keep large inventories of all of the colors, so at any given time it is possible for a color to become backordered. If this occurs I will inform you of any delays.
