Your information is securely stored. You can verify your secure connection by checking for the https:// within the website URL. Payments are securely handled through the Wix Payment program or Apple Pay. If you need to pay through other methods, please contact me. Currently PayPal is not available because they have a history of suddenly cancelling sellers accounts and holding onto the payments. This happened to a small business owner friend of mine and I am scared to take this risk.

If you have a problem with your order please contact me. But understand that at the time of purchase, your item is created specifically for you and is not eligible for return under most circumstances. Please see the returns policy for details.
PRODUCT USE AGREEMENT
Ethos Canine Outfitters cannot be held responsible for misuse of this product. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to determine the suitability of the product for their use. Even with proper use there is always a risk using any collar or leash. Leashes can unclip if hit just right, and quick release buckles can do the same. It is a good idea to use backup collars and leashes especially if your dog does not have a bomb-proof recall. I do my best to ensure the items are well made and secure. The screws I use in the biothane gear are all permanently sealed to prevent unscrewing. It is still a good idea to double check this periodically and make sure nothing has loosened. Use locktite to reseal if it has.

These products are not suitable for tie-out or stake-out use.

Please always use with supervision and at your own discretion. Inspect products prior to use for strength, corrosion, or failing pieces. If using a collar or slip lead for training, seek the advice of a professional for proper use.
Never clip a leash to the ID tag split ring.
