The Explorer Lead 2.0 is an updated version of the explorer lead with a fixed waist clip!
 
Sizing
Please use a soft tape measure to determine the size you want. I recommend making it a little larger than your waist size. Use the soft tape measure as if it was the leash and see how big that section of the leash should be. It shouldn't be so tight it squeezes you, but it also can't be so loose it falls off your hips. This number goes under "desired waist/hip loop size".
 
When you wear this leash around your waist, the remaining leash length will be 40" - unless otherwise requested**. This is the amount of leash your dog will have to move around while you wear the leash on your waist. With a 30" waist opening, the leash would be 70" from clip to clip, and work out to be a 5' leash when used as a traditional leash with a handle. This can be customized but please contact me first so we can make sure the leash is exactly what you're looking for.
 
 If you're looking for the ultimate adventure leash, look no further. This leash is waterproof, mudproof, stinkproof, and the handle can be used to clip to objects on your adventures. Be it trees, benches at a brewery, the fence at a coffee shop, and more. (Please use this feature responsibly ;) ). The leash can also be used crossbody, by connecting the longer side to the ring and using the handle side to connect to the collar.
 
This leash is 5/8" wide and buttery soft. It comes with solid brass hardware. The silver color is nickle plated brass. All leashes are handmade to order.
